EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT
This licence applies to the registered version of ActualDoc Professional. If you are using an evaluation version of ActualDoc Professional, see the section titled "Evaluation licence" below.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different licence agreement signed by Flexigen Software, Inc. your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this licence agreement and warranty.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove ActualDoc Professional files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

REGISTERED VERSION
One registered copy of ActualDoc Professional may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

There are three kinds of licences: Personal, Business and Site. Personal licence suitable for personal, private, non-profit purposes. If you are planning to use ActualDoc Professional in commercial, governmental and others kinds of activity, you need to purchase Business licence. Site licence may be used both for non-profit and commercial purposes.

You may access the registered version of ActualDoc Professional through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licences for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access ActualDoc Professional on the network, each workstation must have its own ActualDoc Professional licence, regardless of whether they use ActualDoc Professional at different times or concurrently.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. In particular, there is no warranty for the optional virus scanning feature (ActualDoc Professional does not scan for viruses, it simply runs external programs that claim to perform this function). Because of the various hardware and software environments into which ActualDoc Professional may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program was thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

EVALUATION LICENSE
The following licence applies to the evaluation version of ActualDoc Professional. If you have purchased a licence for the registered version of ActualDoc Professional, see the section "licence Agreement" above.

Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14 days.

If you use this software after the evaluation period a registration fee is required.

ActualDoc Professional may be ordered using credit card, wire bank transfer, by phone, fax or postal mail. For detailed information about ordering refer to How to order section of ActualDoc Professional reference.

When payment is received you will be sent a registration key for your evaluation version.

Unregistered use of ActualDoc Professional after the 14-days evaluation period is in violation of US and international copyright laws.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Anyone who translated evaluation version of ActualDoc Professional into language, absent in the list of local versions, and pass translated resources file to author, has the right to get a free licence for one copy of this software.

Distribution of Evaluation Version
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (select About from the ActualDoc Professional Help menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
